Order and Credit Card Payments
- All orders are subject to availability.
- We are unable to accept credit, debit, and AMEX cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days.
- We can only accept credit or debit cards that are registered to the delivery address.
- Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are shipped once authorization has been obtained. In the event of a breach of security by you, you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your credit card until you update your information.
- You are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your user account.
- You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments that:

Shipping & Delivery

Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over $90. Orders under $90 will be charged at $5 for shipping per order. All items that you purchase from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow extra days for local holidays, USA national holidays, weekends and sale time. Returns, Refunds & Exchange
Local Newgistics Returns
You can now return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the Newgistics returns label enclosed in your parcel. Drop your package in the US Mail wherever it’s most convenient: at home, at work or at your local post office. If you prefer, you can arrange a USPS collection from your address (where available) by scheduling a ‘carrier pickup’ at www.ups.com. Once your return is processed, $10 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow7 – 14 days for your refund to process.
International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Ton clothing Store Retail Store.
Note if you do not return the item within the time specified we may retain the item(s) and/or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund will not be given if the seal is broken unless it is faulty.

Dispute And Refund Card Terms And Conditions
This card has been credited with the value of returned goods and can be used by the recipient only in full or part payment for goods purchased from participating Ton Clothing Stores. This card cannot be used to purchase from Ton Clothing Store Directory or to pay a Ton Clothing Store Directory account, or be used at tonclothingstores.online.
This card cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or gift cards.
Before you receive the card we may ask you for your address which we will retain to monitor use of our refund policy. On redemption you may be required to confirm your address and if this does not match the address previously given we reserve the right to refuse to honor the card.
The value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance on the card when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. Purchases and refunds made outside the ROI will be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing daily rate.
The card is not for re-sale or transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The card will not be honoured if it is sold. If found please cut in two and return to The ton clothing store. online Banking Department.

This card remains the property of Ton Clothing Store and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
Ton Clothing Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the card at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
